Our Buddies

Our senior school children are introduced to our transition students during our Step into Prep program in the year prior to school entry and this is the beginnings of their relationship. The Buddy system provides our Prep students with a face that is familiar to them, who will be able to guide and reassure them throughout their first year of school.

The Buddies are involved in activities in the Step into Prep program and are the face to meet the children on their first day of their Prep year.

The children, both big and small, look forward to their weekly activities and a very strong bond develops. The Buddy system provides our older students with leadership.
